Built in the 1950's when every home owner was given their own slice of paradise to grow their "spuds", peaches and nectarines etc. The "goodies" had to last so the bottling, freezing and storing was all part of the year-long scenario.

Those days are now gone and our elderly owners now realise that their 3 brm home with its 860m2 of land is "excess to requirements". They rave about how handy this location is - the trains, the airport, the hospital, the shops, the buses.
