About Phil Axtens

I love solving people’s dream home dilemmas and do this through providing a 7-day a week service ensuring the communication level is meaningful and speedy, providing a smooth transaction.
Having been raised in South Auckland, I have an intimate knowledge of the area’s diversity, combining both it’s people and property. My education was completed in Papakura before gaining a trade qualification in the automotive collision repair industry. Overseas aspirations soon followed with extensive travelling around the UK and Europe, resulting in two “life changing” years during my OE. On returning to New Zealand, I entered the Tourism Industry, managing and selling tours throughout NZ which led me to fully appreciate that my career path would always need to incorporate a strong “people focus”.
On that note, I now strive to match “people and property”. My success lies with being trustworthy, friendly, efficient and genuinely committed to helping you achieve your goals, whilst always making you feel at ease.
