Dear Charles and Misaki, Doug and I would like to thank you both for your commitment and professionalism earlier this year when we first brought a house and sold ours to enable the deal to be completed. Charles and Misaki were 100% professional at all times. They were aware of our need to sell our home but we never felt pressured into agreeing to anything or making a quick decision because we had to sell. Open homes are always a challenge but Charles and Misaki made these feel relaxed for some reason and there was never any panic or feeling of pressure at all. Their communication and keeping us informed is a true credit to them. Even if not great news at times it was always professional and committed to gaining us an end result. We also brought our home from Charles and Misaki. Again the feeling of not being pressured was a true credit to them both.
